Richmond Technical Center YRA Candidates

“Thank you for the leadership and guidance that you and your team provided for the Richmond Technical Center’s (RTC) administrators and faculty with the implementation of RTC’s Youth Apprenticeship Pilot program. Your leadership and expertise were instrumental in the development and subsequent implementation of RTC’s Youth Pilot Apprenticeship program. It was evident at RTC’s Youth Pilot Apprenticeship parent orientation that the apprenticeship program is going to be successful. The success of this program is directly related to you and the consultants with the Department of Labor and Industry’s continuous support and vigilance in providing the support RTC needed to ensure the success of our Youth Apprenticeship Pilot.  You and your team did an awesome job in providing parents with information regarding apprenticeship regulations and procedures.”Please contact Kathleen Eddington, Division Assistant Director, (804) 786-2382 or
