Worker Retraining Tax Credit:

Virginia’s Worker Retraining Tax Credit allows an employer to claim a tax credit for the costs of providing worker retraining to qualified employees.

For information on noncredit course approval, contact the Virginia Department of Business Assistance at 804-371-8120.  (Credits must be approved before being claimed on your return.)
