20th Annual VOSH Conference
This year the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry, in cooperation with the Virginia State Association of Occupational Health Nurses (VSAOHN), presents the Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Conference. This conference helps educate and provide affordable safety and health training opportunities to employers, employees and safety and health professionals.

New for 2015 - VOSH Consultation Division would like to invite you to submit Safety and Health Posters for a Poster Session at the 20th Annual Virginia Occupational Safety and Health Conference, taking place October 21-23, 2015 in Roanoke, VA. The Poster Session consists of presentations displayed on bulletin boards by an individual or small group and usually include a brief narrative mixed with illustrations, tables, graphs, and similar presentation formats. The poster can communicate a specific safety and health hazard, best practices, or other noteworthy topics from the occupational safety and health field. Posters are displayed for the duration of the conference, so that interested persons can view the work. There will be no in-person presentations of the posters, so attendance at the VOSH Conference is not required, but is however, encouraged. The Poster Session will take place in high-traffic areas and the vendor area during the conference. Guidelines for poster submissions are included the link included below.
Please submit your poster proposal to Jennifer Rose, Consultation Program Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org by July 31 to allow the VOSH Conference Planning Committee to preview the Poster Submissions and to ensure adequate space availability during the conference. Proposals for Poster Sessions must include the following:
Poster displays must be submitted by Thursday, October 15 to Jennifer Rose, for transport to the conference; or may be submitted in person by 5:00 PM Tuesday, October 20 at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center.
