The

information. The Register is distributed every other week throughout
the year. The text of proposed and final regulations, whether amended
or newly adopted, is published in the Register. The Register also contains
basis, purpose, substance and issues statements and summaries for each
proposed regulation, as well as a detailed economic impact analysis.
Any change between the proposed regulation and the final effective text
is highlighted.
Federal regulatory activity from the U. S. Department of Labor Occupational
Safety and Health Administration can be found at www.osha.gov,

Register.
