Notice to Employees Working on Government Contracts (WH Publication 1313)

Advises employees that they may be entitled to receive certain minimum wages and fringe benefits and may be entitled to overtime compensation. Also, contains certain safety and health regulations and child labor requirements. Must be posted by any company performing government contract work subject to the Service Contract Act or the Public Contracts Act.

MIGRANT AND SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL WORKER PROTECTION ACT (MSPA)

Each farm labor contractor, agricultural employer and agricultural association which employs any migrant agricultural worker shall post and keep posted in a conspicuous place at the place of employment a poster prepared by the Department of Labor which explains the rights and protections for workers required under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act.
