Interning with DOLI in the HR Division was great! I learned so much, and the people were so nice and always available to make my experience enjoyable.
The internship was an excellent opportunity to learn how government agencies operate. The employees are more than willing to help and are very flexible. Interning with DOLI was one of the most pleasant experiences of my summer.
DOLI gave me great experience with trial preparation and development of my legal skills. The work was for cases that DOLI took on and also was a great experience to learn about issues that impact the surrounding community of Virginia. I had a great experience and was helped at all points and steps along the way.
Completing an internship at DOLI gave me the opportunity to perform a wide variety of tasks and learn about the agency’s programs; subsequently it helped open the door for pursuing a full time opportunity at the agency.
